  • Schedule min 3 Working Days in Advance
  • Office Hours Only
  • Does not include any network configuration/troubleshooting
    (Technician Deployed onsite might not be network trained.
    For network troubleshooting/configurastion, refer to this )
  • If services takes more than 1 hour due to no fault of Lakson, subsequent hour @ $80/hour.
    e.g. Stoppage of services requested by customer due to customers flow, locked room, customer requested for user training is not around, etc.
  • Do not order before creating a support ticket.
