Replace Existing 4 Channels AVTECH DVR with New DVR

• For customer with OLD AVTECH DVR with vulnerable firmware.
• One to One Swap for DVR (New HDD Included with DVR)
• One Time Configuration of Internet Router for Remote Viewing (Customer to have ready Password for Router)
• One Time Installation of Mobile Apps and User Training Only (Customer to be onsite during replacement)
• One Year Carry in Warranty for Equipment
• Online Knowledgebase Support Only

Terms and Conditions for Replacement

• Reuse all existing Cabling and Cameras
• Troubleshooting of Cabling/Cameras will be charge separately if required
• New DVR Apps/Software are different from AVTECH
• New DVR is Supports HD Cameras and Existing Old CVBS Cameras.
• All old AVTECH Models only support CVBS Cameras.
• Replacement Schedule on Monday – Friday (9.30am to 3.30pm) Saturday (9.30am to 10.30am)
• Local Delivery Charges Applicable.
