If you are unable to see your CCTV system from the internet, you may wish to check on your internet router setting.

Sometimes the required CCTV Port forwarding settings may be accidentally been removed by other user. A router factory reset will also remove all necessary settings.
If that happens, you’ll need to reconfigure the port forwarding settings in the internet router in order for the system to be accessible from the internet.
